Prism Cascade is a luminous block puzzle for iOS from Black Spade Media. Place pieces, clear rows or columns, and let gravity turn one clear into a chain. The app is currently in development; this page provides support for preview and future public builds.
Contact support
Email contact@blackspademedia.org with the subject “Prism Cascade support”. Include your app version/build, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot is helpful if you choose to include one. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How to play
Tap a tray piece, then a board cell to place the piece’s top-left corner. You can also drag a piece; its preview floats above your finger. Fill an entire row or column to clear it. Remaining blocks fall, and newly filled lines clear again for chain bonuses. Colors are decorative: any color can complete a line.
Each placed block earns 1 point. A clear earns 10 points per cleared block multiplied by its cascade step. Crossing lines count each cleared block once. When no remaining piece fits, start a fresh run for free.
Progress and settings
Your board, best score and preferences are saved on your device. Open the sliders button for sound, haptics, instructions, a new run or the guided introduction. Replacing a run asks for confirmation and keeps your best score. The game follows the system Reduce Motion preference.
If you see a save warning, keep the app open and make sure your device has free storage. A recovered-save message means the game restored its previous backup. Deleting the app may remove your progress; Black Spade Media cannot restore a deleted local save. There is no cross-device cloud save in the current version.
Optional rewarded ads
In builds with advertising enabled, Google AdMob (Google’s in-app advertising service) supplies optional rewarded ads. Advertising revenue helps Black Spade Media fund the game’s development and operation. An optional rewarded ad may offer one continuation per run. The reward makes room on the board; it is awarded only when the ad provider confirms it was earned. If an ad is unavailable or does not finish, you can always start a new run for free. The reward is an in-game benefit, not cash or a share of advertising revenue. You do not need to click an ad or install an advertised app to earn the continuation. Ads are not required for normal play. Preview builds may have advertising disabled or display clearly marked test ads.
Where required, privacy choices are presented before ads can load. If available, use Settings → Ad privacy choices to revisit them. See the Prism Cascade Privacy Policy for details.
Report an inappropriate ad
Use Settings → Report an inappropriate ad to open these instructions, then email contact@blackspademedia.org with the subject “Prism Cascade ad report”. Tell us why the ad was inappropriate, the advertised app or brand, approximately when you saw it, and your app version/build. Include a screenshot if you can safely capture one. Do not click an ad to investigate it or send sensitive personal information. We review reports and use available AdMob controls to address unsuitable ads.
If the ad offers an information or AdChoices control, it can provide information about the ad and available privacy options. You can leave the ad and start a new run for free.
Sound or haptics
Check the game’s Sound and Haptics switches, device volume and silent-mode settings. Haptic support varies by device. If the game is interrupted during a cascade, it saves the resolved board so you can resume normal play.
Report a problem
For crashes or repeatable issues, email the steps that reproduce the problem and whether it happens after relaunching. Please avoid uninstalling while troubleshooting a save issue. We do not request your Apple ID password or access to your device.
